Booking & Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, by email, WhatsApp, or other approved communication channels.

A booking is confirmed only after receiving our confirmation email or message and any required deposit or full payment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, including names, contact details, accommodation information, and any special requirements.

Payment

We accept the payment methods available on our website or agreed upon during the booking process.

Some tours require full payment in advance, while others may only require a deposit.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include only the services specifically mentioned in the tour description.

Any additional personal expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.

Prices

Although we make every effort to keep our prices updated, they may change without prior notice due to fuel costs, government taxes, supplier price changes, or seasonal adjustments.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, the agreed price will not change unless modifications are requested by the customer.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the tour, activity, accommodation, or supplier.

When applicable:

• Free cancellation up to 24 or 48 hours before departure (depending on the activity).
• Late cancellations may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
• No-shows are generally non-refundable.

Certain third-party services, hotels, balloon flights, or special events may have different cancellation policies.

Changes to Bookings

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation whenever possible.

Changes requested shortly before departure may not always be possible and could involve additional costs depending on supplier availability.

Weather & Force Majeure

Some activities depend on weather conditions for safety reasons.

If an activity cannot operate because of weather, road closures, natural events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer:

• An alternative date when available.
• A similar experience.
• A refund when applicable according to supplier policies.

Argana Dream Morocco cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveler purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses
• Personal accidents
• Trip cancellation
• Lost luggage
• Personal belongings
• Travel delays

Travel insurance is the responsibility of each customer.

Health & Fitness

Some tours involve walking, hiking, camel riding, quad biking, or other physical activities.

Customers should ensure they are physically capable of participating before booking.

Safety

Safety equipment provided during activities must always be used correctly.

Pick-up & Departure Times

Please be ready at the agreed pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Significant delays by customers may result in missed departures without refund.

Third-Party Services

Some services are operated by carefully selected local partners, including hotels, transportation providers, guides, restaurants, and activity operators.

While we work only with trusted partners, Argana Dream Morocco cannot be held responsible for events beyond our direct control involving third-party suppliers.

Photography

During tours, guides or staff may occasionally take photographs for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in any photographs, simply inform your guide before the tour begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Respect Moroccan laws and local customs.
• Follow guide instructions.
• Respect cultural and religious sites.
• Treat vehicles, accommodations, and equipment responsibly.
• Behave respectfully toward local communities and fellow travelers.

Any damage caused intentionally by a customer remains their responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Argana Dream Morocco acts as an organizer and booking agent for various tourism services.

We shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
• Loss of personal belongings.
• Flight delays or cancellations.
• Weather-related interruptions.
• Government restrictions.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us, where permitted by applicable law.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, itineraries, and design elements, is the property of Argana Dream Morocco unless otherwise stated.
